The issue was found...like 3 days ago? Windows was working on a new update for Windows Defender, when a bug occurred and new Windows models (like windows 10/11) classified going on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or even Windows Settings as a virus. They said that the threat found was called Win32 hive, said as "Severe." Keep in mind this is a false positive. A false positive says harmless things are a virus, and while it can be annoying, sadly, you cannot stop it. The most you can do to stopping it is just turning off notifications for Windows Defender.
