Hello everyone, I don't have an issue anymore. But I hope this article will find useful for anyone that's having the same issue I was having all day.What was happening? Unable to get into “Startup Settings” from the Windows Recovery environment. I couldn’t boot into safe mode. The startup settings did not exist in the troubleshoot settings. I was only seeing a limited number of actions I can do. What did I try?I tried going into Safe mode after BSOD’ing 3x times from the troubleshooting window.
