CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED after Windows 11 Update

Hi!After updating my PC to Windows 11 I have troubles with several Bluescreens. They occur between 10 minutes and 2 hours. Error code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. In the event viewer no real error message is shown, beside that the PC restarted unexpectedly, no other error is shown. The small memory dump is configured, but nothing is saved. In Event Viewer I can also see the error that it was not able to create the memory dump file. So I have no file which I can check for further details why I get this blue screen. Windows 11 is up2date, all drivers are updated and hardware checks went fine. Disable
