I recently upgraded a couple of pc's to Windows 11 23H2 and 24H2. I started getting this error couple days after and it's not effecting all of the upgraded pc's. I have tried couple of solutions from Microsoft forum with no luck. Ex: Re-registering start menu and changing registry settings.It was an in-place upgrade pushed from SCCM. the devices were upgraded from Windows 10 221H2 to Windows 11 23H2 and 24H2.
