Can someone describe to me what a critical business support case is? Error code 0x80070035, The network path was not foundOpened a ticket as critical, it's affecting more than 50+ users with Windows 10 Pro, and I have yet to receive a call back from Microsoft support. It's been roughly 30+ hours since I place my ticket. Found a phone number to call, I was told a tech will get back to me in 2 hours. That was 6 hours ago. I hate to find out turn around for non-critical tickets.
