Create a Windows 11 administrator account

I have one account that I log into. I find that it is not an administrator account. In Settings > Accounts I do not have the line/box that permits the creation of family or other accounts. How do I make myself the adminstrator of my computer? Right now programs that want to change their setup can't do it as the box says only No with respect to making changes.
