create a sunday reboot task in task scheduler

so im tring to figure out how to properly format this as stated here: Shutdown Command | Microsoftcurrently trying to create a shutdown and reboot task so that my pc can be refreshed every sunday (clear ram, refresh the system so its runs faster as i know you should reboot a pc that's been on for a while at least once a week, like you would a smart phone.
