Create a pin loading wheel

Hi there, I’ve just got a new pc customer built. However upon start up and signing into my Microsoft account I get to the create a pin screen. I then click create a pin.. takes me to the next page which is an endless loading wheel. I’ve waited 15mins and then restarted the pc and tried again. But it has done the same thing 4 times now. Any help would be appreciated
