CRAZY lag and game freezes and ALL MY BROWERS FORCE CLOSING FOR NO REASON

After using fix problems using windows update I get insane stutters and my browsers keep crashing I've tried everything like redownloading my browsers and graphics drivers and nothing seems to help it the stutters freeze the game for like 5 seconds plus it even happens on roblox
