I have done a few clean installs since it began. Blue screens are mostly Critical Process Died and System Thread Exception Not Handled. In safe mode I have done sfc scan, chkdsk, DISM, I have also done a few memory tests, and intel processor diagnostic tool. I downloaded driver easy to install all the latest drivers, computer is up to date, and I have done multiple full scans on windows defender. It crashes in safe mode so I am under the impression it is a hardware issue. I scaled back ram to one stick, now two. I made a minidump folder, and an events log folder and I will be sharing the one drive hoping that someone can decipher what is happening and what piece of hardware is failing.
