Crashing after high CPU, Memory and Disk usage when loading things

This problem started slowly and got worse (I don’t think anything major changed before the problem started) where when my PC's doing any loading or anything then the fans go crazy and in the task manager my Disk, Memory and CPU usage go up really high and sometimes that crashes it, and sometimes it blue-screen’s after and sometimes I have to do some chkdsk stuff to fix my PC. It either gets better after a while or my PC lags till I can't use the mouse and the screen goes black, sometimes it does this a bit after launch and sometimes it's okay and I can play games, and downloads
