Cracking noise from pc reproductors

I have a problem with my notebook reproductors. When playing sounds from them, after some time (random intervals) the sounds starts cracking a lot. When I restart the pc, it stops. It also stops when I turn on (or off, just switch the mode) the mono audio in audio settings. But after some time it starts cracking again. When I use headphones or any other audio device, this problem does not occur. I tried reinstalling some drivers, even the whole pc. Is this HW issue then, or does it have a SW sollution?Thanks for the help/ideas.
