Hi,
Recently my CPU usage has been pretty high to the point where games that I'm playing have a noticeable FPS drop.
It started around a couple days ago, I didn't change anything or install any drivers or unusual programs, so it seems to not be a program or something weird messing it up. I've also done a Malwarebytes (my anti-malware program) scan to check for any malware/viruses/cryptomining programs running in the background but that turned up with nothing.
In terms of system specs I'm running an AMD Fx-8350 with a GTX 1650 GPU Windows 10 OS as well. I know my CPUs pretty (very) old, I've had it for a couple(ish) years so I don't know if it's just starting to slow down now?
I've attached some screenshots of task manager's processes and performance page with the resource monitor as well. With the Resource Monitor the CPU cores were all in the same condition as the ones in the screenshot - so around 100%.
Let me know if any of you kind folk need anything else or if you have any idea what this could be!! Also, when getting these screen shots I noticed that my processes and performance tabs weren't updating, hence the small graphs, so not really too sure what to make of that one, not sure if it's a related issues or a quick tickbox needed!
