After the latest Windows 11 update for June-24, the CPU speed stuck at 0.39 GHz with the lowest performance and overheated, due to stopped working fans.I tried everything to solve this issue but no change.I Upgraded the M2 SSD and installed a new Windows 11. However, the boot was too slow, and the Windows installation was very slow in addition to the overall bad performance then.I used Dell SupportAssist to diagnose the components, but everything is perfect with no problem.I have tried every trick mentioned on various websites and YouTube videos, but it was still too slow with the same low-men
