All of a sudden, when I try to play a game or use a resource consuming application instead of them working as usual the CPU consumption goes to 100% and everything is laggy (I can't move my mouse fast, etc). I tried using tools like CCleaner and eventually reset my PC but the problem still hasn't been solved. Startup repair and sfc /scannow also don't work. I have an old laptop but it still was working quite fine until a few days ago when this error appeared. I've got Intel I5 and Intel HD Graphics 620, Acer Spin 5... Any help would be very appreciated!
