CPU P3 power suapply issue

HI , We bought 10 pcs of HP 290 G8 model desktops, after one year its starting crash one by one , whe i raised the complaint with HP they asked to replace motherboard , How come same issue with same system , its should be manufactural issue right. now i have cheked my self the issue related P3 power socket on on Board ( CPU PWR). how we can resolve this , This is fourth system goung down ,
