I'm currently trying to purchase Dolby Atmos (through the Microsoft Store), and whenever I do so I am prompted to add a payment option. (despite having my visa directly linked with my Microsoft account currently)
Regardless which payment option I choose to add, it asks me for my address City, Zip Code, all that stuff.
The problem is that the Country/Region option is grayed out, and locked to United States, despite me not being from the US.
My current payment options added to my account are set to purchases in Canada, as is my billing address. Everything is up to date on my profile.
