Couldn't load main class + temp folder

I was using a trading platform which worked fine till yesterday.Today I couldnt run it, so I was told by the broker to uninstall, reinstall, reboot, ...Now I cannot run their install program, I get this error Couldn't load main class after about one second of Install Assistant.They asked me to open a new Admin profile in Windows, and try to install. Under this new profile, it works fine. Any idea of how I can fixx ?We found out that my PC has 2 Temp folders under Appdata/Local, one called Temp, one called Temp;We tried to remove them and apparently the problem may come from there.
