Couldn't Install Windows 11 24H2 - 0x80070002 - 0x20007

I always get the error "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_DRIVERS operation". I have tried resetting Windows Update and also installing the official iso, but nothing works.
