Couldn't find the windows 11 enterprise full version which i can install to get my windows automatically activated through digital lisence

So there was an issue (Unmountable boot volume) in my PC which made me to reinstall the window through boot menu. Now I couldn't t find the enterprise version as it was previously activated.Windows 11 pro is now currently installed but it is not activated.
