Could you clarify whether leaving Windows 10 Live Tile photos enabled means that someone else signing into a different account can see my photos?

Could you help me understand something? If I leave the Live Tile photos feature enabled on Windows 10 and then sign out, will someone else signing into a different account be able to see my photos? I’m really concerned about privacy, especially if the device is shared with others. It would be great to know how this works, as I want to make sure my personal images stay private. Thanks for your assistance!
