Could not repair error "C: Windows / System32 / Logfiles / SrtTrail.txt"

I am stuck in the automatic repair loop. Thing I have tried: - chkdsk / f / r - bootrec / fixmbr None of these work. Bootrec / fixboot gave me an access denied message. Restarting my PC didn't work. It is a constant automatic repair.
