Could my microsoft account be saved?

Hi so, I don't know what happened but I couldn't log in to my computer so my teacher created another account with the same email, but then naturally everything was gone, both accounts, my files, important applications for the school. And after a while I couldn't log in to the computer, the screen turned blue and I didn't actually do anything, this account deletion happened to a few people at school. Can the computer be recovered?
