Using Windows 10 mobile, build 10586.164 on a Lumia 950 AT&T.
I've found a work-around for this but I thought to still post here so others may use the work-around also. After updating to build 10586.164 every time I searched for something on the web Cortana would crash. Cortana would also crash during the "learn my voice" process when setting up "Hey Cortana". I've tried everything to fix this, short of a Hard Reset.
Found a little work-around: Turn off the Web search history option in Cortana settings.
Open Cortana, hit the hamburger icon, go to notebook, go to settings, then scroll down to "Web search history" and turn it off. I also cleared the device search history while I was at it.
This stopped most the crashes for me. I'm under the impression that this build is the public release build so I hope Microsoft fixes this next build. I'm surprised that I wasn't able to find anything about this bug on the internet because my wife's Lumia 950 also had this bug.
Hope this helps any one else having this issue.
EDIT: Still getting a few sporadic crashes but a ton less than what was before.
