correct syntax to recover a deleted .sys file?

I have searched everywhere but haven't been able to find the correct syntax for use with winfr in Command Prompt to recover an accidentally deleted .sys file. All of the instructions I have found give the syntax for simple searches but not for this particular search. Can anyone help me please? I understand that I need to use /k somewhere in the code but haven't found an example anywhere that shows me where that goes, or whether I need to use /n. I have the title of the sys file so can specify that if I have the correct syntax. I have tried all sorts of combinations but keep getting an err
