Core isolation won't stay on

I had problem with turning core isolation on, because i had incompatible drivers, I solved that problem.Now I am able to turn HCVIon but it won't stay on.After I turn it on I do required restart, and after maybe 15 second it restart automatically second time, then system load and I can see that HCVI is off. So I Turn on HCVI>RESTART>AUTO RESTART AFTER 15 SECOND>SYSTEM LOAD>HCVI OFF.
