Core isolation, memory integrity wont turn on because of incompatible driver vktaps.sys

I am curious as to what the purpose or use of vktap.sys is because it installed itself when I upgraded to windows 11 pro yesterday from windows 10 pro, and it says it is incompatible with memory integrity setting under core isolation. why would windows 11 give me an incompatible driver to use its features. does anyone know if its safe to uninstall or what its function is, or if I should even remove it.
