Copy to and move to functions

When I started using Windows 11 a few months ago, in the absence of dedicated buttons, I could use the copy to and move to functions in the Explorer right click menu. These options are no longer available and I can only copy and paste, a long and laborious method when copying or moving files. Is Microsoft intentionally trying to aggravate their users who choose to move files manually, because they're doing a mighty good job of it.
