Copy my files from the Recycle Bin with their real names

My computer has HDD with dual boot windows (Windows 8.1 and 10)Due to frequent power cuts the system was always freezing and once the system was corrupted and was showing phase1 initialization failed on Windows 8.1 and stuck in disk check on the other system (Windows 10) and the disk health deteriorated to 5% (I known that too late).I replaced the damaged hard drive with new SSD, installed clean Windows and I am transferring my files, the problem is that I kept many of them in the recycle bin, and when trying to access them from the $RecycleBin folder on the old disk, the file names appear in
