Copilot Pro does not show the promised features - only those of the free version

Hi community, I have a Copilot Pro subscription but it only shows the free version with almost no features. I do NOT have a Microsoft 365 account. I thought, I could still subscribe to the Copilot Pro and get the functions the subscription promises. Do you have ideas how to solve this? Thanks and Best, Hannes
