Copilot no longer will dock with the right side of the window in Windows 11

Hi, I have Version 23H2 (OS Build 22635.3785) of Windows 11 and it seems like Copilot will only run as a free window and no longer will dock in the right side of the screen. Hitting the three dots in the upper right does not provide an option to dock the window. Also there seems to be no settings option in the taskbar part of the settings menu that affects this.
