Copilot for Windows 11 is auto-entering text I dictate all too quickly. How can I enter it with a keystroke?

When I click the mic icon in Copilot in Windows 11, it enters the text before I'm finished. Is there a way I can dictate then enter the text myself witih a keystroke or similar?Any help much appreciated.
