Controlled folder page not available

I saw several posts here about people being unable to access some pages of the Windows Security center and tried many of the fixes, but none has worked for me so far. I have windows 10 Professional installed and am the only user and an admin. System settings are in french but the error is self explanatory.This is the result I get when trying to access the controlled folder settings or the ransomware protection settings through the windows search bar.They also don't show up in Windows Security AppThis is what I have under Hkey_Local_Machine >System >CurrentControlSet >Services >Sec
