Continuous Update Loop for 2 Months

A while ago, I turned on the metered connection on my Windows 10 laptop because I didn’t have enough data to update it regularly. It’s been around 7–8 months since then. About 2 months ago, I turned off the metered connection and tried to update, but I keep getting a message saying, "Your device is missing important quality fixes and security features."One particular update keeps failing—it progresses to about 7–8% complete, then the laptop restarts and displays a message saying it couldn’t complete the update.
