Continued Windows features no one wants or needs

Is there no 'complain to Microsoft' link or button we can use to garner support to have Microsoft give users back control of their OS? Why are you as company continually pushing features that no one uses? Windows 10 before the push to make it look like Windows 11 was almost perfect. You as the OWNER of your own hardware and OS had complete control. It was fast, stable, customizable if you wanted, it flat out just worked. I just went through a setup of a new PC for an elderly couple, mandated @outlook account profile, bitlocker on by default, copilot continually serving ads inside windows
