Continue Update without changes

[Windows Server]

I update my windows 11 on my Acer Laptop and unfortunately it shuts down due to low battery. Then after charging the battery I switch on and it went straight into update and it states that, You are 99 % there. Please keep your computer on. However, it is more than 12 hours and nothing happens. It stays like this. Please advice what to do now.
