Context Folders on the W11 taskbar like is in W10

Have MS developers got it together yet and added for all the longtime users of Windows, a Windows 10 taskbar option to W11? Specifically the ability to have context groups on the task bar (folders of program links-icons which folder(s) are added to the taskbar and are open on the taskbar). I have delayed upgrading for this reason. I cannot be productive without the power features of W10 taskbar. W11 seems made for smartphone users, not for professional IT power users. In W10 this is accomplished by going to Toolbars and "add a new toolbar" --> add a folder.Please MS - add an option for W11
