Content-ID missing for attachments while encrypting

Hi,

I have sent mail with prevent forwarding encryption mechanism. When I am trying to fetch the content-ID from mime message, the content-ID is missing. Why this is happening. May I know at what other occurrence, does content-ID will not be generated.
