I have Microsoft 365 so I'm guessing it's the 2016 outlook version. Outlook will send messages but stops receiving messages. It just won't receive messages. When I do complete uninstall and deletion of ost and pst and all other files and reinstall, it'll work for 2-7 days then go back to not receiving messages (but will send). I've checked with my host provider where we tried different mail servers, I've tried every solution i could find online. I've literally uninstalled and reinstalled 7 times so far (mind you it takes a good 2 days to download all the emails- IMAP account). The only option I see is to reinstall windows all over again to try to get the settings out (I can only imagine there is software issue with the windows and outlook - so a clean install of windows might solve it?).
FYI - Every time I uninstall outlook and reinstall (64bit on Windows 10), I delete all files etc (even went so far as to use a program that deletes all the registry files etc) and when I reinstall outlook my signature is still saved in signatures, could this mean the settings are not deleting and I'm not doing clean install? Could this be why I can't do clean install to get rid of the issue?
Thanks in advance.
