Contacted Microsoft for feedback and ended up being scammed by a company associating with Microsoft

I had called Microsoft regarding bricked pc that was newly purchased. I asked the rep what Microsoft was going to do about it and found myself relaying to the rep my banking information. Stupid me never asked why they were inquiring about that. Found out a little while later that I was charged during that call for $3.49. Turns out that that charge for $3.49 is the bill for a trial period. Figured that Microsoft was charging for my call. And just yesterday I saw an unknown charge on my checking account for $49.99. That charge was not identifiable to me. Called my bank and found that
