I am finally getting a call back from Microsoft regarding my Windows 11 activation (or lack thereof because it doesn't recognize it anymore), but when they ask if I want to be connected to the next representative and to press 1, it doesn't recognize me pressing 1 and then hangs up on me citing difficulties. All I want is to talk to a human, not a robot. Why is this process so difficult?
