Constant BSODs

I've had too many BSODs since my power got cut off during a windows update and I've reinstalled windows on my pc but I still get BSODs, mostly during startups, usually IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or some other error code, I've had too many to remember. This is my minidump: Minidump
