Good evening,
While playing Call of Duty Warzone, I will run into a BSOD after a few rounds. I have gotten the following errors:
- IRQL Not Less Or Equal (most common)
- WHEA Uncorrectable
- DPC Watchdog
- System Service Exception
I am not a computer guy AT ALL, but from cursory research, it seems like I am dealing with a corrupted driver or faulty hardware. As an aside, I only get the BSODs while playing Warzone (it is very demanding). They tend to come after I've played for about 25-30min.
Using Bluescreenview, I get the following errors:
- ntoskrnl.exe (on all 4 mini dumps)
- hal.dll (on 1 mini dump)
- PSHED.dll (on latest mini dump)
I purchased the PC 2 months ago from a guy that built it in November. It has the following specs:
CPU - Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler - Asus ROG Strix LC 240 80.95 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard - Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory - Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage - Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card - Asus GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB ROG Strix Gaming OC Video Card
Case - MSI Gungnir 100 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply - Corsair RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
I don't suspect anything malicious on the seller's part. He has offered to buy back the system if problems persist, but I think we can figure out what the problem is. I have attached 3 minidump files via the following link: Minidumps.zip
Is there any way that one of you can pinpoint the problem using these .dmp files? Worst case, I suppose I could reset Windows and just start from scratch, but I'd rather try to troubleshoot it first.
Any input or feedback would be a tremendous help. Thank you for your time.
