Constant BSOD while Alt Tabbing a Game and when Quitting Said Game

As the title suggests, I am getting a BSOD (Kernel Event 41 when Category 63 Keywords: (70368744177664),(2)) when alt-tabbing in-game (specifically Rainbow Six Siege). It also happens when I close the game at the end of the game before it loads back to the menu.
