Constant BSOD when opening screen

[Windows 11]

Hello,I am experiencing BSOD about every other time I open my screen, and it is getting more frequent. The errors very, but it usually states something ram/memory related. It only happens when the computer is awoken, never when it is already running. I've already tried running the various windows corruption and drive tests, MemTest86, updating all my drivers and windows, replacing my ram with new sticks, and I've also tried reinstalling my OS.
