Constant BSOD/Reboots (Cant for the life of me figure it out, Please Help)

I have experienced constant blue screens now for well over 6 months ( Most the time it doesnt even blue screen it just freezes the entire system and reboots, im lucky to have got these 2 dump files). I have tried to wits end to troubleshoot it myself but cannot figure it out. I have tried everything, All drivers are up to date, Bios has been flashed, Fresh reinstall of windows and still just randomly bluescreens. Sometimes it can be within 5 minutes of the PC booting and constantly repeat episodes or sometimes it can be an hour or two after the pc starts. From what i gather its related to the
