Constant Bluescreens

A couple weeks ago, my CPU, motherboard, and RAM stopped working after a game crashed my PC. I replaced those parts and kept the same GPU as it had no issues at the time. Now, my PC bluescreens on startup, on shutting down, when opening games, when closing games, and even when I just have my homescreen on. Here is what I've tried:-Downloading drivers; upgrading and downgrading them-Updating and downgrading Windows-Cleared out my drives; clean booted my PC twice -Resat my RAM and GPU-Performed a scan with Command Prompt and fixed any broken/missing files-Tested my RAM and GPU; it never crashed
