Constant bluescreens really messing me up

I'm getting bluescreen errors very often. Error codes are usually HYPERVISOR_ERROR.When looking at event viewer, I get this:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00020001 (0x0000000000000011, 0x000000000028351b, 0x0000000000001005, 0xffffe800003edda0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\090824-13687-01.dmp. Report Id: 6371aebd-10b2-48bc-9949-567b7faad1ff.I've tried updating drivers and bios, but this does not fix the problem.Any ideas?
