Constant black screen restarts

I have a fairly new PC, that has been restarting regularly basically since I got it. There's been times that I thought I fixed it because it was stable for a week, then it starts up again. Sometimes it's once a day right when I log on, sometimes it restarts 5, 6, 7 times in a row right at desktop. It's never a BSOD. Sometimes it just goes to a black screen for some seconds, then restarts. Temps are all good. I've reinstalled Windows, I've tried different ram (with XMP enabled/disabled), I've tried every option under the sun for undervolting my cpu etc I've reseated most if not all of the conne
