Constant Application lock-up after 500-1000 GBs of moves or tv shows downloaded for my personal use, Is there a limit?

I have 1 Nvme drive 2tb and standard 16 TB HHD. I have been trying to download my whole collection which is 10-15 tb worth of movies and tv shows. The Movies and TV application stop/freezes not allowing me to download anything once I have between 500-1000 GBs RANDOMLY I have tried 3 different times now.TOO REPAIR, RESET, RE-DOWNLOADED, CHECKED ENTIRED COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE, BOUGHT A NEW COMPTUER and it still freezes. I am about ready to go back to PIRIATING MOVIES. please help or fix.
